Burlington Public School Special Education Department Open House

Come and meet this years PAC board and hear what the PAC has planned for the 2015-2016

school year. Also in attendance will be Louise D’Amato, Director of Special Education

as well as special education staff from each school. Hear about new developments in special education

including new and improved programming, added staff positions and where we are

headed as a district. There will a brief discussion of special education programming,

time for q&a as well as the opportunity to speak with some of our special education

staff. Don’t miss this informative night out!

Refreshments will be served.

Late Bus Information

The MSMS late bus program began yesterday, October 5th. Two buses are available at 3:00p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays to transport students home. These buses are for students participating in Homework Clinic or Intramurals. Parents picking their children up after school should park outside the auditorium on the Peach Orchard Road side of the Middle School, not outside the Winn St. entrance at the front of the building.

PTO Meeting

The PTO will meet in the school library at 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 21st. Principal Dick Connors and Team Leader Noreen Abati will report significant events at M.S.M.S. They will also respond to parent questions regarding the first quarter of the school year.

All middle school parents are encouraged to join their Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Membership dues are just $25 per family. All PTO funds are used to support student activities. Submit your dues by October 15th and be eligible to win one of three $25 Dunkin Donuts gift cards!
