7C Visits MilliporeSigma’s Curiosity Cube

19 10 2017

The MilliporeSigma Curiosity Cube, a shipping container that has been transformed into a science lab, made a stop at Marshall Simonds Middle School on Wednesday.  The Curiosity Cube, which has traveled across the United States, hosted the Team 7C science students as part of a community outreach program that is designed to get young people excited about careers in science.  Scientists from across the globe spent the day teaching our students about DNA, 3D printing, robotics, and gestural technology currently being used in the fields of medicine and research.
